These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EngCore (the "Platform") at https://engcore.org. By creating an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date, including a real email address and a working mobile number.
• You are responsible for your account and password and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Your account is personal. Sharing your account with others is prohibited. For security, an account can be used on a limited number of devices.
• If you register with Google, you must use your own Google account.

2. Courses and Access

• Purchasing a course or bundle gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view its content for your own study, for the access period shown at purchase.
• We may update, reorganize or remove content, and we do not guarantee that a specific lecture, instructor or schedule will remain available. Live-lecture times may change.

3. Payments, Wallet and Refunds

• Prices are shown on the Platform and may change at any time without affecting completed purchases. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as OPay, or by manual transfer approved by our team.
• Wallet credit and referral rewards have no cash value outside the Platform, may only be used to purchase content, and may be cancelled if obtained through abuse or fraud.
• Because digital content is available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the content. We review refund requests fairly and case by case, for example in the event of a duplicate payment or a technical failure that prevents access. Contact support to request a review.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record, screen-capture, download, copy, re-upload, sell or share lectures, materials, quizzes or any Platform content.
• Share, sell or rent your account, or bypass device or security protections.
• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the Platform.
• Harass, insult or disrupt instructors or other students in live sessions, questions or reviews, or post unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
• Submit fake payment proofs, abuse referrals or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including videos, documents, quizzes, text, logos and software, belongs to EngCore or its instructors and licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership of any content. Content you submit, such as reviews and questions, may be displayed on the Platform in connection with the service.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, that violate these Terms, threaten the security of the Platform or its content, or are involved in fraud, and access to purchased content may be withdrawn in these cases. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific academic result, grade or outcome, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their own content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngCore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course in the three months before the claim.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://engcore.org/privacy explains how we collect and use your information and forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
